Who is Provisions?
Provisions - Your Store was originally founded in 2015 here in Port Hedland by a fellow local. Known then as In The Mix Health Foods. A caravan full health foods and select natural skincare ranges. Selling predominately from a small van at her home and at markets around Port & South Hedland.
In 2019, the business was purchased by Melanie. In the almost five years of ownership, Melanie has grown the the small business from the small van and market goings to a unique retail shopping precinct on Wedge Street, Port Hedland, Western Australia with an eCommerce selling platform with Australia Wide Shipping available.
Today the store boasts Bulk Wholefoods, Organic Vegan & Gluten Free options, Natural Body & Bath products, Health & Wellness products, Natural Home & Eco Friendly products, Baby & Kids Wares and an array of beautiful gift ideas and customisable hampers.
Melanie has a strong passion to promote & support local businesses as she is very understanding of how trying it can be. She has showcased over 10 small businesses in her store for local businesses to gain exposure to her community. She now has two permanent local artists in store permanently.
Wolf & Rayne is a talented local creative maker who's incredible taste brings you crystal wall hangings, gorgeous everlasting arrangements, jewellery, candles & diffusers.
Paper Reign is created by designer Sarah Green Design, designing and providing us with stunning greeting cards & artwork.
Melanie is a mother of two small children, so is very aware of how time poor people can be. With this in mind she has also created a 'Click & Collect' option for those living in Hedland. With front of store parking this has made those time poor customers shopping experiences much easier.
For In Store shopping, Provisions is open 6 days a week.
Monday - Wednesday 930am - 2pm
Thursday & Friday 930am - 4pm
